Member Name:  Corey Davison is a Retail Meat Processing Instructor at Thompson Rivers University.
Being the last meat cutting school in BC, we are fortunate enough to have an impact on the way people purchase their meats.
Our 9 month hands on training program trains on local hormone and anti-biotic free carcass beef, pork, chicken, lamb, and trout!
We have a retail outlet that is open Thursdays from October to April.  We also sell bulk packs(sides, quarters, whole and half lambs, bulk chicken orders).
If you are looking for somewhere to cut and wrap your product, we do custom cutting as well along with custom ham, bacon, jerky, and sausage.
